Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Cozy Cottage on the Lagoon

Kick back and relax on the lagoon with easy access to the bay by kayak or boat. The beautiful beaches of LBI are just over the bridge, less then 4 miles away. You can ride your bike to the beach. Start your day with coffee out by the lagoon or a kayak/paddle board ride. Spend the day sunbathing, reading a book or fishing. Grill at home in our fully stocked cabana or head out to one of the fantastic restaurants on LBI. As the sun set enjoy drinks and roasted marshmallows by the fire pit.

A quaint, stylish home in historic Mount Holly, walking distance from downtown pubs, museums and shops. Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Other things to note COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the Omicron outbreak AIRBNB has suggested that I ask guests to bring their own sheets and towels. The house has one full size bed (not a queen) and four twins. GREAT location Right off Route 72, last turn before the causeway bridge. Parkway Exit 63. Relaxing view of the lagoon. Sit and watch the boats go by. IDEAL for events at The Mallard or Bonnet Island . Groups of single people under the age of thirty are encouraged to look elsewhere.

Come visit historic Tuckerton Beach. My house is great for couples and families. Lagoon front with view of Great bay. Come and relax on the beautiful grounds, grill and entertain on the deck, swim and crab in the lagoon. Use our kayaks and lifevests. Walking distance to family friendly restaurant. Short drive to Tuckerton Seaport, LBI and Atlantic City. Area supermarket, mall, Target, Super Walmart, etc. Ferry to LBI runs during summer throughout the day from Tuckerton Seaport.

Our newly refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This bright and peaceful waterfront vacation home is located on the west side of Twin Lakes Blvd. Access to the deep water lagoon through the back. With the stoned yard complete with fire pit, you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the water, or watch the sunrise from the lounge chairs on the deck.
