Steeped in early Aotearoa, NewZealand history, Greytown was one of the earliest towns in NZ to be settled. Magnificent stands of old trees, and beautiful gardens, Greytown is the character town of the Wairarapa and beyond. Within seven minutes you can be at Woodside railway station making access to Wellington easy as you can leave your vehicle for the return.
Garden StudioOur cottage is situated at the rear of our home in a quiet tree lined street. Faces out into the well established garden which gets the last of the setting sun. Tastefully furnished with modern appliances. Relax and listen to the sounds 0f birds. 200m to main street of Greytown, cafes, boutique shopping and 1800s buildings. Cycle and walking trails close by. A 1hr.40 drive will take you to Wellington. We are ideally situated to Masterton, Carterton, Featherston and Martinborough.
