I am a runner/biker and know several of the most beautiful parks around town. Depending on how far the client wants to travel, I'll suggest one or two nearby spaces and will lead them through a 75min practice of pranayama (breathwork) and vinyasa (flowing practice). Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and stretching. You may consider bringing a towel for sweat. Do not eat a large meal for at least 2 hours before. A light snack up to an hour before is fine if you're quite hungry.
