We will meet at Folsom lake, which is a state park, and walk a short distance (5-10 mins) to be near the water, surrounded by nature. We will practice a form of meditation that incorporates Reiki (a form of energy healing, of which I will give a brief introduction), mindfulness, guided imagery, and nature awareness.

This practice is a blend of silent and guided meditation, which will allow us to focus on the rhythms and sounds of nature, our own breath, and our connection to nature. I will show you how to let nature "bathe" you in healing energies, and how to share healing intentions with nature.

My intention is that this experience will be inspiring and will allow each participant to not only tap into and benefit from the healing energy (which is present everywhere, and even more easily attuned to in nature), but also become aware of their own innate power to generate this energy, and share it with others.

Please feel free to contact me to see if I am available if you don't see a date or time posted that works for you. If you have limited mobility issues please feel free to contact me to discuss if we can meet at a different location with less walking.

Hello,

I'm Chenee, a holistic healthcare practitioner. I'm a certified Usui Reiki teacher/practitioner (Shinpiden level), a certified sound healing facilitator, and an intuitive. I've been offering my services in my private wellness arts practice for over a decade. I'm passionate about what I do, and enjoy meeting new people and facilitating their connection to their own "healer within."

Having attended many meditation retreats over the past 30 years, including a 10-day silent Zen retreat, and a 15-day Wisdom School retreat, has allowed me to develop an in depth understanding of various modalities of both meditation and wellness practices.

I've blended what most enlivens me from these various modalities and have developed practices that bring me, as well as my clients, a sense of balance, vitality and joy.

방문 장소

We will meet at Folsom lake (which is a state park). You may either pay and park at the lake, or avoid the fee by parking nearby and walking less than 1/4 of a mile. I will provide parking details to each participant once signed up.

I was lucky enough to get a one on one session with Chenee She was just the right mixture for me of speaking and silent, mystical and grounded, friendly and not pushy. It was a beautiful location which really rendered itself to being able to be mindful and enjoy the surrounding nature. I found this meditation to be very calming and peaceful, and I felt connected to nature and the healing energy. The lake is beautiful and Chenee was great in guiding the meditation. I highly recommend this experience!
