Within this 2.5-3 hours class, we will share recipes with you and teach you how to prepare the ingredients and materials. The recipes we develop is healthier, less sweet, vegan-friendly and easier for beginners. We are very welcome you to join my class alone, with friends, with your whole family and kids. It’s totally fun! You can't find these beautiful rice cake in an ordinary store. They seem difficult to make but don't worry, I'll teach you step by step, from starch to the end. They are easier than you think. The experience is hands-on and you can learn some valuable cooking skills and tips that you can take it home. Even if every culture in every country has its own food (the way of cooking), this is why travel is so attractive. In the past, I have been a perfumer for 5 years in an international brand. I have sensitive touches of color, smell, and taste. I like all beautiful things, art, food, and travel. I was influenced by my mother since I was a child. She likes to make hand-made dishes. I believe that the warmth of touch can't be compared with the machine. I have been learning to make pastries/desserts for 6 years. I like to combine local traditional cuisine with other national ingredients or techniques into my dessert. Combine tradition with creativity and turn cooking into a Simply, Easy and FUN!

The workshop will conduct in my cozy home, which is easy to get from Seoul University station (line #2). Seoul University is a Top University in Korea. Here is an energetic area with lots of local and international students, a famous food street (샤로수길) and pretty cafe!! It's a special place to see and experience.
