We will explore Florentine typical places and learn about Italian food and all the steps to produce it. We'll have a lot of tastings starting with an Italian breakfast, then we'll enter in the famous Central Market to taste panino with boiled meat, schiacciata, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and truffle. Then outside we taste parma ham, tuscan ham, sausage with fennel, and we finish with a glass of wine and pasta in a special restaurant, knowing each other in a convivial way.
