My name is Tetsu Murata, the owner of one the most famous and beloved izakaya "Chinju no Mori" which is the restaurant this experience will take place. I have been studying sake for the past 15years and own more than 4500 bottles of sake and we are sure that we will be able to find the sake you will love. It is not only the famous sake like "Dassai" or " Born" but there are also other sakes that taste as good as these 2 but still not well known even to the local people. Please come and enjoy the real and deep world of sake.
