This experience is a true hands-on cooking class (with a farmer’s market tour on Saturdays). On saturdays you will tour the market with me to get the freshest and seasonal products to do the hands on cooking class. Then we will be back to The Lab and you will cook an entire and authentic gastronomic Burgundian menu with 4 different courses. On regular non market days you will start directly in The Lab, having been welcomed with coffee/tea & viennoiseries. After the cooking time you will enjoy the menu you have made while I will serve some of my favorites Burgundian wines and give you an overview about wines in Burgundy as well as teach you how to pair food and wine. I will share my true passion for food with you as well as lots of cooking tips and techniques, Burgundian staples, and of course my personal stories!
I’m a passionate Artisan Chef & Wine Expert, who just loves the marriage of food & wine. I was raised in Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy, by parents with a rich history in the wine business (Master of Wine). Over the years, I was lucky enough to work or watch alongside some of the best Michelin-starred Chefs such as Michel Bras, Pierre Gagnaire or Ferran Adria. I’ve developed a love for creative cooking, fuelled by extensive travel around the world. From 2006, for more than 10 years, I lived in Atlanta - USA, shared my true passion for food & wine as a private chef, cooking instructor and as a contributor for magazines. Now, my family and I moved back to our roots in Beaune, launched Terroirs By Adeline, a new concept offering unique and exclusive food & wine experiences. I look forward to welcoming you, and sharing my passion with you.
