In this workshop you experience how to create colored plant-based bonbons with a wonderful liquor, vegan liquor or kosher liquor filling. Please let me know when you subscribe what filling you prefer. I promise you will have lots of fun painting a chocolate mold with my homemade colored chocolate. After that put chocolate in your colored mold to create shells. Then it is time to pipe a delicious filling in your shells. Finally learn how to seal your bonbons, in other words how to stop the filling from running. In between all these chocolate-activities, as molds go in and out of the cooling, there is plenty of time to ask questions, have a drink, taste a piece of chocolate or use our facilities. After 4 hours you created high-quality chocolate bonbons with a creamy alcohol filling. All my participants are always very proud of their handmade chocolates with beautiful colors and delicious fillings. Before leaving you may want to take a picture of your chocolates to surprise your friends on Social Media, professional light equipment is available for workshop participants.
