We offer three experiences with wagyu-beef(Japanese beef) in my home kitchen. 1, Understanding What exactly is wagyu? How can we cook delicious food? Please get a better understanding through watching videos. 2, Cooking High grade wagyu can taste delicious just by grilling. But I prepared recipes using only domestic ingredients. It tastes even more delicious and you can have an experience unique to Japan. Please put the final touch on special dishes. 3, Tasting Please enjoy the course of 3 dishes in which are included different types of A5 grade wagyu(Total 0.5lbs) with the drink of your choice.

All participants gather at the meeting place, we will go to my house on foot and start experiences. There are several parking in the neighborhood of my house, and the cheapest is available at 800 yen a day. There is a liquor store near the meeting place where the shopkeeper is qualified as a sommelier, but it is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Asukayama Park which is near from my house is a good place to take a walk.
