What you get out of a cooking class with me, is an Afternoon of Awesomeness. You'll discover all the various Indian Spices used in these dishes and what unique flavour each adds to a dish. One of the coolest things about this class is that I cook a different menu every week. There are plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and once you book, I'll get in touch to figure out preferences etc. Here are some of my greatest hits: - Chicken Biryani - Chicken Karhai - Dal Tadka - lentils with looks and money - Pakoras and Samosas - Nan (Chapati or Roti) - Khatay Aloo (Sour Potatoes) - Chai (Tea) Later we'll enjoy tasting these dishes together and we will also give you various other recipes for you to try at home!

Cooking is an art and I find it super fun - and it could be for you too and it can be quite therapeutic and a great stress buster! My food journey started when I was young, my mom is an incredible cook so I learnt how to cook well early on. This all started as a hobby where every weekend we invite our friends and cook food for them. Luckily, we are surrounded by incredible people, food and grocery stores from various parts of the world. We love to see how food, ingredient travel through the world, take on local flavours, almost food anthropology. We love to showcase all that we enjoy eating and cook.. and share with everyone that there is more than Chicken Tikka & Naan in Indian cuisine cooking forward to hosting exciting people.
