Piladance is a custom workout of Pilates and dance from Japan to improve your posture and engage inner core muscles, instructed by attentive and efficient service. First, we are going to approach our pelvis to find a proper position with specific breathing methods. After we find the pelvic core, we are moving into core exercise which is Pilates. Later on, we will do basic step to make sure all of you can make steps with rhythm and music and lastly we are combining all of the move into Dansolation which is a core exercise while aerobic dancing. This year, it’s going to be Private Lessons which means more focusing on each of you! There are maximum only 5 people in the class in this 1 hour lesson and you can get my whole attention while engaging core and developing physical abilities through Pilates and aerobic dance in a fun and welcoming environment.
I’m a certified Piladance instructor and NASM personal trainer. Piladance is a brand new custom workout comes from my country, Japan and I am the first and only one who is currently teaching Piladance in the U.S. with the proprietary license. I’ve been instructing Group fitness classes for total four years and been influencing numerous people with core exercise.
We will have Piladance Private Lesson at a Taekondo studio in Mesa. There are form mats on the floor which brings us more comfortable and fit environment.
