Imagine a workout where you sweat, laugh, move fluidly, and connect with yourself in a deep and lasting way: We'll begin with a one hour vinyasa-based yoga class that's as soulful as it is sweaty, during which we'll move and flow in ways that are suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis alike. Then I'll guide you through a 30-minute modern meditation that includes breathwork (focusing on your breath for calm), visualization, and inspiration. 30 minutes might sound like a lot but as I guide you through it, you'll find it easy to sit still and follow along. To wrap up our two hours together, we'll spend 30 minute sharing healthy treats and sips and chatting!
I'll provide snacks to refuel after our class!
I'll provide water for during our workout and tasty sips for afterward!
I'll bring meditation blankets and yoga mats for you to use during class!
I came to teach yoga and meditation after a seventeen-year career in the music business as an artist manager and developer. My passion for meditation and my mission to change lives led me to teach yoga and meditation, and to launch Flourish Meditation Studio. • My meditation classes are contemplative, creative, and uplifting, with lots of space for you to discover what you’re meant to and nothing but what you need in the most unexpected of ways, like a forest floor visualization for relaxation (I'm also a wilderness guide!) or a toy sailboat metaphor as a way to clear a busy mind. • My yoga classes are sweaty, fun, and full of mindful moments to keep you connected to yourself. • This is where fitness meets purpose. Be ready to be challenged, to laugh, to feel, and to grow. • And be sure to ask me where to shop for leggings.
