First, we will compromise in a date and hour to meet up at the entrance of the households in the lake. Then we will meet there and I will take you to the house at the lake where we will take it from. Then we will get the kayaks ready and stretch for half an hour. Then we will part for our 5k session where we will go slow but continuous for at most a couple of hours. Then we will get back to the house and stretch for another half hour, then do a little meditation and relaxing for another half hour and then be ready to return to civilization.
My family is a property owner at this lake "Presa del Jocoqui". I remember most of my childhood here; kayaking and biking. Therefore I know almost every corner on this peaceful lake where I believe I have grown the right kayaking skills to share. I promote this discipline as an endurance activity for people looking to get an effective outdoor exercice session, so the guest is expected to be able to kayak for 5k with bearly stopping. Its a lot easier than commonly thought if you are already able to handle you peace. I'm all into stretching and balance. So inside the rutine, there is plenty of it. You will love the sight.
This takes place at a unique lakefront house at this lake where we will do the pre and post kayaking. The kayaking will be done all inside this lake which is about 3 kilometers long.

You have to know how to swim. Bring your water. From Aguascalientes to the lake is a 30-minute drive. Sunblock if needed. Towel to lay down and stretch.
