I can teach you how to improve your health and well-being.
Wahoo tuning works on your core strength but it is very gentle on your body. People of almost any age and ability can learn it.
You will learn how to tell where your body is out of alignment and how to bring back balance with a simple ten minute technique. I believe if everyone did this just two times a day we would be stronger, healthier and have less reliance on medicine to fix us.
To ensure you master the technique I will also provide you with a video so that you can practice Wahoo tuning in your own home.
The lesson will be held in a bit rare area in Tokyo. After I can advices for your body&health and take refreshments near the cafe specialising in nourishing, healthy, Japanese food if you want.

(I will teach how to do self mentenance)

I am WAHOO SAMURAI breathing organizer and author of 2 breathing method books in Japan.

I was suffering from all kinds of health and body condition problems for over 20 years.

But after I met this breathing method wrriten by WAHOO SAMURAI tuning master HIDA HARUMICHI in 20th century, I became physically and mentally, totally healthy to do this easy and simple breathing method.

That was shocking enough to determined expanding this method.

I have been hosting foreign guests as pysical education teacher(before), and having a carrier as a mental coach and sports coach for university students , professhonal players , those who got injured whole body by sports and daily life.

A very unique experience. Akihiro was super nice and really cared about sharing his expertize. I was the only person attending the experience so he could provide one on one attention. The experience took place in a park as we took advantage of nice weather and a beautiful environment. Akihiro recently moved away from Tokyo however he went above and beyond to deliver this experience in an advertised location. I would recommend this experience to anyone who is interested in learning a new breathing technique, good posture or just spending some time taking care of yourself.

Akihiro presents an effective breathing technique that’s suitable for modern pace of life. He is able to communicate well in English and is approachable (even offered to be contacted post-class so I could practice correctly at home). Anyone with bad posture issue should give this experience a try as it’ll be worth it!

The class starts with an exercise to measure body balance and after doing a variety of simple breathing exercises, another check is performed. Positive result is felt right away. The class feels relaxing and Akihiro’s calming presence makes it easy to concentrate. Definitely a worthwhile experience to boost mind-body health based on traditional Japanese wisdom!

It was quite an interesting experience getting acquainted with self-meditation method. I would recommend this experience if you are interested in eastern well-being techniques.

Akihiro was a very warm, genuine, and gracious host! He patiently explained the Zen breathing practice of Chouritsu to me, and then taught me how to do it. I left feeling much more relaxed, energetic, and with the soreness and tiredness in my back having disappeared. Akihiro was also able to accommodate my schedule, for which I was most grateful. I highly recommend this instruction and Akihiro!

I met Akihiro feeling tired after days on my feet, walking, queuing, and standing in trains, and left feeling revived, energised and probably two inches taller. Akihiro knows how to put people at ease, he is genuine and incredibly knowledgeable. I knew immediately I was in good hands. I had never heard of Chouritsu before, which is why I wanted to try it. I also loved the idea of learning a practical skill, something I could use when I got back home. Chouritsu works on the principle of improving your circulation. The lesson itself was invigorating and gentle, much like Akihiro who is both a patient teacher and has a great sense of humour. Because of the rain we had our lesson in a traditional tatami room then had lunch together in this amazing cafe downstairs; their rice alone takes three days to prepare! I recommend this to anyone who cares about their health, who's feeling tired and out of sorts, who wants to meet Japanese people on a soul level not a tourist level, who wants to keep old traditions alive, or who would simply like to stand a little taller. A truly transforming experience.
