Our one-day, 2-hour class participants will make a leather product of their choice: cardholder or bracelet. It is a great hands-on experience on how luxury leather products are made in the fashion industry. Participants will be able to learn leather crafting techniques such as cutting, bonding, saddle-stitching, and edge-painting etc. Have fun engraving your own initials! We limit up to six students a session and each person will work on his/her own project.
I am a handbag designer with over 10 years of experience in the fashion industry. I started this company in hopes to educate and give opportunities to other young designers who are interested in building up their skills not only in designing but also in production and craftsmanship. I studied Accessories Design in Fashion Institute of Technology and had opportunities to work at luxury handbag companies. Through my long journey in the fashion industry, I became determined to build my own handbag line. Now I am here at my own studio to guide students who are interested in making luxury leather.
All tools are ready for the class. We provide materials needed for the one-day classes and the first day of regular course.
Classes are conducted at our studio located in Garment District, the heart of fashion district. The building is near Port Authority in Midtown, which is a great area to explore the world of fashion.
