I am the owner of Dragonfly Paddle Yoga - exclusively dedicated to Stand-Up Paddle Yoga. I have been teaching SUP Yoga for 4 years, and yoga for 10+ years. I teach all levels and am passionate about empowering others to enjoy this super fun activity on the lake and taking in the beautiful scenery of the Rocky Mountains. I would be honored to share this experince with you!

We will meet at the lake at your chosen time. Your 90min experience will begin with basic paddling instruction then we will paddle the lake. Next, we will anchor and practice yoga on our boards to a fantastic view of the Rocky Mountain Front Range. Following the yoga practice, we will enjoy more paddling on the lake as we head back to shore. No experience is necessary. I guide my guests every…

방문 장소

SUP Yoga Classes may be held at Monument Lake by permit only so I have you covered there. From Monument Lake, you can view the Rocky Mountain Front Range, Spruce Mountain and Pikes Peak.
