My high rise home has breathtaking bird eye Penang view of cityscapes and beautiful coastlines. The other highlight is the historical Penang Air Itam Market which is the first wet market established in Penang. Back to 1900s, pepper estate and the high lands of Air Itam was developed for agriculture purposes for the British. On a daily basis, fresh produces were traded at Air Itam Market.
