I will teach you how to prepare some simple /both vegetarian and meaty/, but very colourful and tasty traditional Bulgarian dishes and to make you feel confident to prepare them by yourself for you and your friends and family back home. We will use fresh herbs picked directly from my terrace. Feel free to take pictures or to ask any questions about the Bulgarian eatiing habits and preparing of food. When we finish to cook , we will eat our dishes together and enjoy a nice glass of wine or rakia with a Vitosha mountain view. If you would like, I will suggest you some nice dairy products you can buy as a souvenir from the market or the shop nearby. Please note I will observe your dietary restrictions and adjust the menu accordingly.

Hi, I am Radost! I am a cheerful person. I love cooking and staying with other people. I am a founder of a food and garden blog, passionate traveller and really obsessed with baking, cooking and food photography. My family has a strong tradition in preparing traditional Bulgarian dishes. My grandmother was a chef in a restaurant, from which I have learned respect and attitude towards food and it's serving. I think making food with love and patience is one of the best ways to relax from the hustle of the urban life. We will meet in the city center, walk about 10 minutes through the emblematic park of National Palace of Culture /NDK/ and catch the tram to my sunny apartment at the foot of Vitosha mountain. Depending on weather conditions we can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea on the terrace.
