This intimate workshop will cover the captivating history of bitters production, instruction on how to master tasting bitters and basic information on other uses, such as how to use bitters in cooking and baking. The workshop will include recipe cards and hands-on instruction for 2 inspired cocktails, the ingredients and all supplies for each cocktail, a light food pairing in partnership with Maven Platters and bite-sized desserts made using our bitters. Just come ready to learn and have some fun!
Hi, I'm Andrea, I founded Bitters Lab in January of 2015, and we are Utah's first bitters company! I have 10 years experience working in the culinary industry (7 of which I owned my own wedding cake business - which is what lead me to the bitters world, more on that later) and 5 years working with spirits and cocktails with Bitters Lab. I love immersing myself in my craft and exploring new and unique ideas. But most of all, I love sharing with people and educating them on the awesomeness and many uses of cocktail bitters.

The workshop will be held at the Bitters Lab's private production facility in Downtown Salt Lake City details to follow once registered.
