Taking street portraits whilst traveling is what got me started in photography and I find it the most rewarding and fun way to use my camera and it also gives me a chance to interact with and meet new people. We will meet in London's fashionable East End, where we will discuss some basics of street shooting and then we will hit the streets and work our way across town, stopping local people and asking them to take their portrait. I will coach you on stopping people, building trust and getting a nice shot. It may sound daunting at first but once you get started you will see how easy and fun it is!
Hi I'm Adam, a professional photographer in London! I was born here and I love my hometown, but I love photography even more. My photography career began whilst I was living in Japan, training with one of Tokyo's best known fashion photographers. I have had work published in magazines including Tokyo Weekender and Airasia Travel 360, as well as having had my own exhibitions at Sway Gallery in London and Stockholm, The Brunei Gallery of SOAS and The International Center of Photography in New York. My aim is to help you to learn how to use simple techniques to take great photos easily! ig: @adamisfendiyar & @trippasnappa

We will start in Old Street, which is one of the trendiest parts of town. It is a great place to visit and also one of the lesser known parts of London, that often gets overlooked by tourists. The vibrant nature of the area provides an endless array of potential subjects, who tend to be open minded and keen to get involved.
