Learn how to capture the essence of spring and summer in a glass. You'll learn to make absinthe bitters using locally harvested plants and a wildcrafted simple syrup (and get to take home your creations!). The class will be at our space Forage Kitchen in Uptown Oakland. An incubator kitchen and cafe who's mission is to create the next generation of the food movement by supporting it's producers.
