Start your day with a smooth body warm up, in between Pilates and Tai Chi, Garuda and conscious walking ! By making our path through this charming village on the hill we will pass by some of Montmartre's most idyllic parcs, genuine sights and famous monuments. We will barely meet any cars on our way and the morning air, come rain, come shine, has a magic influence on our mind if we agree to let go any stress and tensions that could parasite our thinking and overall well being. Breathing is the basis, then we'll pass on to some simple and smooth exercices to activate our joints and spin. No competitive pushing, but gentle taking care of ourselves. Hi, I'm Claudia ! I love Paris and especially Montmartre, an ancient village on the hill, where I live. That's also where I worked as a Cancan dancer in a famous music-hall called Moulin Rouge. Besides being a professional dancer, I studied fine arts & photography. I train & teach dance, from classical ballet to contemporary, from jazz to hip hop & I'm a certified Zumba instructor. I got interested in Tai Chi and internal martial arts when I worked in China and I love teaching Pilates especially in small groups. The body is our home and our tool, and if we treat it right, our best friend !

The Montmartre village has a lot of history and you will see evidence of this all the way throughout our tour. Monuments, incredible stories, ancient street signs, little hidden alleys, romantic parcs, - and watch out, there are often traditional events or curiosities on our path !
