1. We will make omelette from scratch with everyone. (About an hour) For those who cannot eat due to allergies or religious beliefs, please consult with us. The place will be held at IMU Hotel Kyoto eating space. 2. First of all, appearance. Wear apron. For those with long hair, please tie them up with hair band. Wash hands, and we are ready to go. 3. On the appointed day, we will teach them how to make sauce, how to cook chicken rice and egg, everything from scratch. (There may be a case where we will prepare the sauce beforehand according to the number of participant. Despite that, including the sauce, we will hand over all of the ingredient so do not worry.) The first thing to do is to make the sauce. Next is to cut the vegetables and cook the rice. Later, we will teach them how to make omelette dressings, and after we serve it on the plate, we are done! We will explain the steps one by one and advance at the same time, so there is no need to rush and if you have any questions feel free to ask! 4. Serving We will eat them together and have pleasant chat as well! After that, we will hand over the okonomiyaki recipe.

I'm the chef assistant at IMU Hotel Kyoto. At IMU Hotel, We set up lots of food events to communicate with guests as our aim. The more of those have interest with cooking, the more the chef will plan fun cooking class. We would like to teach how to make "Omurice". "Omurice" is an omelet with fried rice, vegetables and chicken, topped with ketchup. We hope to have fun in self-experience cooking program where you and us can enjoy. "Omurice" became 「excellent dish」topic as well lots of TV coverage and became「popular dish」. Cooking "Omurice" needs some techique to make. Even though people try to make "Omurice", we think it too hard to cook well. This time, We would like to share the technique of that excellent dish, omelette rice, with you!
Food ingredients that will be use on that day will be prepared by us. After finish, we will eat together with everyone.
We will have conversation time after cooking, and that time we will present 1 cup of drink for you.
We will present you the recipe so that even after you go back home or at overseas you will be able to make the same one.
We will prepare every necessary tools and utensils that will be used on that day.
