Cooking traditional Vietnamese food in a vegetarian style!!! We will guide you step by step through the cooking process (from choosing ingredients to serving the dishes). Since we understand that in some countries, it might be difficult to find proper ingredients, we will make sure that what you learn in our class will be the most simple and easiest way to cook Vietnamese food. If you are non-vegetarian/vegan, you can also adapt your recipe to your own taste. All the ingredients are of high-quality and no MSG. You will be able to prepare a 3-course meal: 1. Gỏi cuốn chay – Fresh rolls 2. Bánh xèo – Vietnamese sizzling pancake 4. Chè – Dessert (banana with coconut milk) For group booking, we can adapt our menu per your request.

I lived in several countries before calling Ho Chi Minh City as my home for now. My friend Hang and I own a vegetarian restaurant in Bui Vien, D1.
