I have a background in healthcare and for a number of years now these breathing exercises and stretching techniques have been something I practice on my own frequently to de-stress after a long day. This meditation will be guided with music, breathing techniques, stretching, and the use of essential oils.

The activity will take place over 30 minutes and will go back and forth between breathing techniques, stretching, and meditation. Essential oils will be used throughout and music will be played. This activity is designed to be a mind body experience and focus on relaxing.
