Laughing Yoga is the Tantra of Joyful living. It can be described as a playful dance of the spirit, as it fully "lets go" and immerses into the sublime magic of the present moment. Laughing Yoga is easy, fun, and interactive. Our session will feature light stretching, energy movement, and above all LOTS of laughter! The class is perfect for those that are new to yoga, as well as advanced yogis. For it serves as a bridge to achieving inner bliss, therefore it is made for everyone to enjoy :) We will being our class with a brief introduction to Laughing Yoga, the Tantra of Joyful living. Followed by a "blissed out" laughing yoga class, concluding with a guided mindfulness meditation. Laughing Yoga exercises are designed to honor your inner child, promote a deep state of bliss, and transcend the ego. Laughing Yoga increases oxygen flow to the brain and body, it also helps release feel good chemicals and endorphins.
Ten years ago I became deeply inspired by the healing power of meditation, yoga, reiki, and sacred sound. I began a worldwide introspective journey, traveling to 25 countries, studying various forms of meditation, esoteric teachings, and sound healing. My journey took me to remote areas of Nepal, Peru, Egypt, The Amazonian Jungle, and Morocco. After years of intense study with a variety of shamans, sages, yogis, and mystics, I felt compelled to share my knowledge, experiences, and healing with others.
