Quickly escape the stress and busyness of the city by starting your day with an energizing Ashtanga Primary Series Led Class. Followed by a Beginner-friendly Guided Meditation Class and a practical introduction to the practice of Mindfulness and how it can help you be more productive, more joyful and more compassionate.

기타 참고사항

Please arrive in comfortable clothes that you can sweat on. Any stretchable gym clothes that allow movement is okay. Be prepared to sweat. Bring towels and change of clothes.
