This will be a French tart class. There will be three tarts we will make in the class From start to finish all hand on classes will last 3 hours. Dacquoise tart( egg white and nut crust) with pastry cream and fresh fruit. Red Wine poached pear tart in a pate sucre crust filled with clafutis batter. Lemon Meringue Tart lemon cream filling in a pate sucre crust covered with Italian meringue. The cost for the class will be $75 dollars and the student will enjoy a meal together and bring home results of their labors.
