I’m an Atlanta native and a very active runner + hiker. Trekking the trails from Appalachia to Nepal, I want to share my love of exercise and the outdoors! Let’s go jog through historic and lovely Piedmont Park and learn a bit about the city while breaking a sweat!

We’ll meet outside the “Park Tavern” on 10th/Monroe Drive and take a few moderately paced loops around the scenic park, beltline and midtown neighborhood, approximating 5-8K in distance or about 1 hr, 15 mins depending on fitness levels with some short breaks for sights and questions.
