Our studio is just 5 minutes walk from the Lai Chi Kok MTR station. We will meet at the MTR station and go shopping together at local market/ supermarket if time would be allowed. First thing back to the studio will be cleaning and cutting ingredients and cook all with a wok. The last will be sere together with the sauce and tasting.

Hi this is Marie- founder of Asuka Bakery and workshop. I was an interior designer and have spent some times in Tokyo and London. I used to design to please for vision but now I love to cook to please for taste. Our studio is in the heart of the city with a cosy outdoor garden which could run workshop up to 12 people. We run different workshop apart from chilli sauce, i.e. handcrafted jam, green tea paste and Japanese green tea. We will serve Chinese style noodles together with the freshly made chilli sauce. Light snack with handcrafted jam/ green tea paste will be served after the workshop.

You will be tour to the local market/ supermarket for shopping ingredients. About 5 mins walk back to the studio. The dish perpetration will be run on a cosy terrace garden when the weather is nice.
