I have been passionate about healthy clean eating for over 5 years and owned 2 healthy eating cafes. I am passionate about creating food that excites. I have also undertaken 200 hour yoga training and have a passion of helping people to get active. I want to introduce people to yoga at a level that inspires them to continue the practice. Hence I start with Chair Yoga. It s a new concept, Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. I want to share my recipes of making Acai/Smoothie Bowls, Raw Food and Vegetarian Cooking

방문 장소

The breathing and yoga will take palace on my balcony overlooking the Marina. Followed by a cooking class in the kitchen where you will get to cook or make smoothie/acai bowl, vegetarian or raw food. Learn about difference Superfoods and how to use them in your cooking.
