Hi I'm Emma. I'm a Yoga Instructor and come from a traditional Yoga training background achieving my 500-Hour, Children and Teen, Pre-Natal, and Restorative Yoga certifications. Despite my formal background, I really love taking yoga outside and inventing new ways to bring yoga to everyone in a casual, no experience needed way.

Meet us at the iconic Mesa Lane Steps entrance for an invigorating morning or afternoon of outdoor yoga integrated throughout a gorgeous 2-mile hike.
