In this lesson, we will cook rolled sushi lunch box. Sushi with some dishes of Japanese fermented food, such as Miso soup, pickles, Tofu with homemade soy sauce. After eating sushi lunch box, you will have Japanese tea ceremony (Matcha experience). You will be served Matcha with Japanese sweets (Wagashi). What is Fermented food? Japanese fermented foods are such as Miso and Soy sauce are made from soybeans mixed with salt and the fermentation agent known as Koji, which is made from grains such as rice and barley or soybeans. We have been eaten commonly those fermented foods from old times in Japan and they are known as healthy food. I will teach you Japanese home dishes with fermented food mister in this lesson. We use homemade fermented seasoning such as Miso, Amazake, Salt-Koji and Soysause-Koji. You will learn how to make and how to use those fermented seasoning. It is very convenient and makes your dishes delicious. This lesson is taught in English and English recipe is available.
