프로그램

We will introduce each other, you will drop your bags and clothes, wash your hands and get your uniform straight away. Soon after the chef will start the course by explaining in detail the material and ingredients needed to prepare Tiramisù.
Each guest has a personal working-station with all tools needed to get the job done. We will start selecting the right ingredients and tools for the selected cake and we will start working.
You will brake and whisk the eggs, weight sugar, mix mascarpone cheese, soak up Savoiardi biscuits into coffee, and finally you will start assembling your Tiramisù. When the cake is ready you will store it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and after you will eat it. In the meantime you wait for your Tiramisù you can take a walk in Padova city center and come back to the cooking school for the Tiramisù and a nice cup of coffee or tea.
