I am a certified Yoga Teacher who trained in Bali and based in Hong Kong. I am keen on Yoga Philosophy, Zen Theory and would love to spread out the benefits of mindfulness through Yoga. I have a full time job and also teaching Yoga regularly.

We will conduct the workshop in a Spacious Private Studio located in Hong Kong, Kwai Chung where is near the Kwai Hing MTR station
