Walking meditations are traditionally a Buddhist practice, where the breath is connected to your steps and you are invited to tune in to every joyful element of your experience both in your body and from your surroundings. We will meet around 20 minutes before sunrise, so as seasons change so will the start time. While I aim to keep this profile up to date sunrise times, I will confirm exact meeting time upon booking.

Fresh fruit & homemade vegan chocolate. Made by my fair hand. Please inform me of allergies
Drinks
Herbal Tea (I will have a large thermos to keep this warm for us at the end of the meditation practice)
Equipment
Water Proof picnic blankets will be provided so we can sit on the sand for tea, snacks and reflection at the end

준비물

Wear warm layers and clothing - we will be outside the whole time and it could be windy
Warm socks and gloves
Wear shoes that you don't mind getting sandy OR that are removed easily, if you wish to go barefoot
