My cooking classes are superbly structured and totally hands-on. Instead of just watching a demonstration, I encourage all guests to actively prepare recipes. At every class, 5 different recipes are prepared, including a soup, several mezzes, a main dish and a dessert. You will get a chance to try something new in every class. You will be confident to try the recipes when you are back home. The ingredients are local and seasonal, but they provide different flavours to help you show off to your family and guests. I will be ready to sign my first cookery book titled Turkish Yummies, for those who want to leave the class with even more recipes.
I teach Turkish Cooking Classes in London. I have always cooked for my family. After completing my corporate career, I turned my cooking passion into a new career and became a certified chef. My classes are small and informal which helps create an atmosphere of fun learning rather than being afraid of making mistakes. We will have plenty of laughter about the long-forgotten history of many dishes like the Sultan's Delight. I love to teach and this reflects in my classes as I prepare and plan ahead to make everything smooth for my guests. We will cook like dancing, as CING means in Far East.
Guests will enjoy a whole meal of what has been prepared during the class. Recipes will also be provided.

The class will be at MadeinHackney local kitchen, it is easily accessible via public transport. It is a plant-based environment, so the class menu is designed accordingly.
