We'll start our trip by picking up the bicycle from my home. From there, we'll cycle to a small cafe in my community area for morning cuppa before we head to our leisure and fun cycle along the Yarra River Trail. We'll discover hidden gems including sport precint, the Abbotsford Convent, Dights Falls and Studley Park Boathouse. Total cycling will be around ~ 19km, mostly on bike trail and mostly flat with only some hilly spots. I am very flexible with the routes /time and can amend it based on your suitability and preference. This activity suits for someone that loves cycling, nature and keen to experience cycling like local along the most commute path in Melbourne. :)
I am an engineer by profession and during my time off at home, I love to ride my bike around my community area and along the Yarra river. Bicycle riding has been my passion and I've done many solo travels that combine bike riding and lots of walking in Scotland, Denmark and Netherland. Now I share travel bike riding with my husband and we trully enjoy exploring nearby nature on our dutch bikes.

Some Highlights: 1. Melbourne Sports Precint - MCG, Melbourne Park and AAMI Park. 2. Yarra River - This is a popular bike commute for many Melbournians. 3. Abbotsford Convent - The convent is an ex-monastic site. 4. Dights Fall - An artificial weir built on a natural rock bar across the Yarra. 5. Kane's Bridge - Beautiful wood built in 1929 and rebuilt in 1935. 6. Studley Park Boathouse - The oldest public boathouse on the Yarra.
