Our ravioli making experience is very unique as we play with different styles, techniques and flavors from two different countries. We will start with our dessert, tiramisu pudding which exactly tastes like tiramisu! Then we will prepare our fresh tomato and garlic sauce and start making our pasta. You will learn how to make homemade ravioli, tagliatelle, tortellini and Turkish dumplings from scratch. And finally, the best part will be opening the wine bottle, setting up the table together, eating, drinking and chatting under our beautiful floral roof!!

We will be cooking or baking in my lovely home, there is an airy & light kitchen extension and you'll love the interior decor. If it's sunny, we will eat outside in the garden. 20 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive from the town centre. Please let me know if you need a lift.

This was an unforgettable experience. We already went to her afternoon tea experience which was great. This one was even better. We learnt so much. She was very knowledgable and a good teacher. The food was incredible. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

The pasta making class was beyond my expectations. We tried many varieties of pasta and made two sauces and a delicious tiramisu. Fulden is such a lovely and patient instructor and very encouraging. If only I stayed in the area longer I would try out many more of her classes. I would encourage anyone and everyone to book this experience.

Fulden was an excellent host and teacher. She made us all feel welcome and confident in making ravioli and tortellini from 11years old to 70’s. Excellent very worthwhile.

We very much enjoyed the pasta making experience with Fulden. Although she did not have the date open for booking, we contacted Fulden and she graciously accommodated us. The pasta making experience was a wonderful time for my wife and me. Fulden was great in teaching us all we needed to know and sharing her insight and we feel confident in trying to make pasta on our own. The recipes were delicious, we ate too much, yet enjoyed every bite!! This was a great experience that makes a meal a lasting memory and enriched our holiday time in the Cotswolds.

We were 3 generations - 20yrs to 83yrs - who together learnt how to make and create a fabulous pasta meal. Our day could not have been better and everyone had a sense of achievement and created memories. Thanks so much for your wonderful care and teaching Fulden.

I booked this experience for my mums birthday! Took the late class at 6pm. It was a really joy to be shown how to make raviolli- Fulden was patient and observant. She showed us tips along the way and was very chatty. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed it. She made us feel very welcome and at ease.
