I will guide you through your Pilates session on the beach or in the Park, focusing on the body and mind connection, using calming Pilates music and essential oils to help you to disconnect and focus on the present. We'll work on the core (powerhouse) strength, mobilization of the joints, developing strength and balance in the lower part of your body (pelvis, legs) and arms. We'll do well thought exercises releasing tension and improving posture. We'll go through a complete full body workout (about 60 minutes) including 5 to 10 minutes meditation, depends on your energy levels and your desires. Every class is different same as every person is different and I will adjust the class to your unique needs and expectations.

Hi lovely travellers :) My name is Lenka and I am a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer qualified in YMCA London. I lived in Spain, Brazil, Uk and now in the sunny Portugal. Pilates mat and block
We will see the amazing coast of Costa da Caparica and probably will use the Urban Park, and its space with lots of shades, that is right next to the beach.
