Please be aware of the fact that we are working outside, so we might get a little dirty. Make sure not to put on your best cloth but be ready to fight through it. In case of rain, we still do it!

You will visit the beautiful Vondelpark with all its beautiful corners. We will stop at some locations in particular in order to do the exercieses.
