We'll be personally involved with the food we'll cook. First we take a look at the ingredients, we feel them, smell them and taste them as our cooks get to cook while we all are chatting and having some drinks. Then we taste and just have a good time.
I don't know if I love tattoos more than cooking: I've been doing both since I was 14. Today I run modern Mexican restaurants both in Mexico and the US. Constant work and continuous commitment have placed my restaurant Amaranta as one of the 50 best restaurants in Latin America by the famous San Pellegrino list since 2014. By 2016 I opened Público /comedor, a fast casual restaurant now with two venues, dedicated to homemade Mexican food. By the beginning of 2017 I started collaborating with Pueblo (Chicago) and Lona (Fort Lauderdale) restaurants.
