Food for health and beauty is a 4 course plant based, pop up dinner held in a cool space in Mississauga, Ontario. There’s an old expression that says “you are what you eat" What we put into and on our body reflects on our skin and our innner system for example our immune system. Our immune system is like our body’s frontline military defense, by feeding ourselves a diet filled with key vitamins and minerals we can boost our immune system’s ability to ward off disease-causing bacteria’s and pathogens. In this 4 course pop up dinner, we will be in a cool space and discuss the ingredients that are in each food that you will be eating. We will also discuss foods that you can start incorporating into your diet to improve your gut health, reduce inflammation in your body, and bring your immune system back into balance. WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS DINNER? This class is beneficial for someone who is looking to incorporate more plants into their diet. Great for anyone who tends to get sick often and/or experiences low-energy, brain-fog or constant fatigue. WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND? You will be served 4 course plant based meal that's dairy-free. You can also ask for gluten free just let us know.
