Then, this is THE Japanese cooking class for you! In this cooking class, you will learn how to make mouthwatering dishes that goes amazingly well with Japanese sake. 1. You get to taste some of the best sake in Japan: Jyuji Asahi Hanatomoe Suiryu Inemankai 2. You will learn how to make: - Shrimp and Avocado Fresh spring roll with Kanzuri Sauce - Poherb Mustard and Coriander Grapefruit Salad - Braised Pork Belly with Star Anise flavored - Kai Yang (BBQ Chicken) 3. You will also learn about sake and how to enjoy it - How to cook dishes that goes good with sake 4. Lastly, we will enjoy the meal you have cooked while sipping good sake and interaction with the other guests.
I have a food coordinator license and worked as an assistant to a masterchef at a restaurant. I became a freelance cooking instructor in 2016. My main interests are in creating new recipes, teaching cooking lessons, writing articles for food magazines and also appreciating good sake. I have been to over 50 sake breweries in Japan! I am passionate about creating simple but flavorful dishes using local ingredients as much as possible in order to bring out the flavors and colors of the different regions of Japan.

We will be cooking different kinds of Japanese fermented food. The meals has already been chosen by the teacher. However, please let us know if you have any food allergies or preferences.
