The day is about mindfulness: learn how to let go of mind overload by bringing your awareness back to the present moment, your own body and the natural surroundings. We'll start the day with a vinyasa practice, warming up the body and setting the intention for the day. Then sharing a wholesome home cooked organic lunch while getting to know each other. Setting off for a 6km hike through subtropical gardens, taking in nature at its wildest. Walking back to our starting point, we'll conclude the day with a slow relaxing yoga session, stretching the legs and releasing to the elements the positive energy raised through the day.
I'm Julie, I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years and started teaching in 2018. I moved to Valentia Island a year ago as I fell for the wild surroundings, amazing views and friendly community life. I hold a 200h Yoga Alliance Multi-style yoga teacher certification, and teach hatha, vinyasa and ashtanga yoga. Oh, by the way, I'm French - settled in Ireland since 2005, and I also speak Spanish :)
