We'll begin with a 20-minute guided group meditation on the beach followed by a one-hour walk on one of the most beautiful, quiet, private stretches of beachfront in Palm Beach County. Throughout our walk I'll share information about the sea-life and other nearby beach and recreational areas, however those wishing to walk in silence after our meditation are invited to do so. You should be able to walk a total of 2.5 to 3 miles maximum at a normal pace. I recommend wearing insect repellent if you are particularly sensitive, however this is NOT a buggy or swampy area.
