Pose options will be provided so that you can listen to your body, set your intention and enjoy the practice and pace that is right for you. The spirituality of this place will bring you into a deeper connection with your body, mind and nature. Notice your breathing as you listen to the waves. Do a downward facing dog as some of the local dogs walk by. Relax with pigeon pose and hear the birds sing. Fort Lauderdale has been my home for the last 20 years but I am originally from Jamaica. I have been teaching yoga, meditation, alignment & breathing techniques to help others heal, restore and maintain balance for the past 7 years. Earl Lifshey Ocean Park has beautiful coral walkways shaded by lovely local trees that enhance the beauty of this beach. Often frequented by locals this pristine park and beach is an ideal location for meditation and yoga. It is typical to see birds and humans fishing at this beach. This beach is alive and peaceful.
