We will meet on the bech Las Teresitas early morning, to start the day fresh and to avoid harsh sunshine. After short introduction we will hop on our mats and enjoy an hour of hatha flow practice with breathing exercises and finall relaxation with short meditation. Thanks to the amazing and professional services of Anaga Experience ( you can find more info about them here - https://anagaexperience.com/en/), we will follow by an hour of paddle board fun to find our inner balance and to laugh as much as possible! :)

I have been teaching yoga for the past 5 years and cannot imagine my life without it. I practice Hatha yoga, restorative yoga and Kundalini yoga. I am also certified mindfulness teacher and use a lot of breath work in my classes. Last year I spent the whole summer in Tenerife and completaly fell in love with this island. I have traveled it and know it very well by now. As a cultural anthropologist, I am passionate about meeting new people from different cultures, and sharing my knowledge and passion with them in a fun way.

We will meet at the end of the beach, next to the paddle board rental cubicle. This part of the beach is more popular among the locals, who are mostly relaxing on the rocky part of the beach, where the water is cristal clear. This beach has a white sand and is protected from strong waves by a barrier of rocks. This is perfect for the paddle board experience. There are plenty of beach bars that offer drinks and food and sometimes a bit of salsa :)
