Let's sit down and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and get to know each other! We want to learn more about you and how we can best share our Mindful day out with you. (Approx 45 mins) Next we'll take a short walk (5 mins) to commence our yoga practice in the heart of Auckland (1 hour session) followed by a delicious Smoothie & Bliss Balls.
